Estimate requests may also be copied to info@tophomebuildersinc.com so the team can follow up. Mailgun processes the message so it can reach us. We keep the request as long as we need it to respond or manage the job.
Spam and abuse checks
The forms include hidden honeypot fields and keyword filters so automated junk is dropped before it reaches our inbox. Those traps stay empty for a person filling out the form. We may also log your IP address and limit how many times one address can submit in a short window. That is only for abuse prevention.
Sharing of information
We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the business, including website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Mailgun), and analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
